Another possible explanation for point 2) (Thanks Uall) - is that we are talking about a difference between mined and processed....As such, we have been mining 1600tpd or greater since mid-February...however, we have only been able to process 1200tpd through the circuit...

We would therefore have a stockpile of ore - at least 400tpd X 2 months (By the time the high-lift conveyer is modified to accomodate 200tpd) = 24,000 tonnes
