Hi all,

Due to the Christmas season and much new-year spirits I haven't completely been following the story.  This is 
my current understanding, someone please correct me if I am wrong:

1) We are on the NEX because WWF is no longer conducting any
business in the business that it was registered as conducting

2) As far as we are aware, WWF is conducting business in ~petrolium
and perhaps alternate energies, but we have no recent confirmation
of that

3) We are waiting for a News Release that discusses these recent business
activities

4) We are unlikely to get a NR before there is an official COB (since the 
NR would not be relevant to their currently registered busiess) 

so... we're waiting for an official COB announcement before we can expect
a NR... right?
