regarding moving a halted stock into a TFSA:

You've probably already figured this out for yourself, but just in case you haven't... and in the immortal words of BHO, Yes We Can!

I just moved $5000 of my WWF stock from a trading account into my new TFSA on E-trade with no problems... and in anticipation of that being a REALLY smart move one day!
