Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Good Afternoon to you all.

Thank you for your patience and for your continued participation throughout this past week. We hope we can leave this predicament behind us and move on to great discussion about Winfield Resources.

However before the debate can resume, we wish to make a few statements:

  • This is not an Investor Relations HUB.

When someone posts a response here from management, let it be known that this is the members own response they have received from management. AGORACOM has no connection with Winfield Resources, does not represent the company as a client and do not handle their IR. If you post a response from management please let it be known that its validity or not relies solely on the posters experience.

Furthermore, if you have a question about Winfield Resources, this is not the place to ask it for a written in stone answer. We cannot forward your inquiries regarding the company's operations, developments, financials on your behalf. If you do need clarification on any aspect of Winfield Resources operations, please contact management. Feel free to post that here as long as it is not in violation to our six rules of use.

  • Profanity/Derogatory or slightful comments towards others/Private Messages

We don't believe we need to elaborate much on the obvious. This forum has built itself as a clean forum and let it be known that we will not tolerate any more profanity on this forum from any member regardless of their rank. Lastly if you feel it is appropriate to post a private message or an email you have received from another party, make sure you let the other party know that you intend on posting the message and its content here.

Attacking/insulting other members is strictly prohibited and will lead to summary termination of one's AGORACOM membership. Posting here is a privilege and not a right. The Winfield community has done a tremendous job of sharing information here in a serious and civilized manner. We will do our utmost to ensure it stays that way.

  • BASHING OR HYPING

We understand that their are two sides to every coin and to ensure that this remains an unbiased and balanced forum, we wish to stress that outright bashing, or unsubstantiated hyping on this forum won't be tolerated. In addition let it be known that repetition of the same question, fact or opinion over and over after a response has been provided or if there is currently no ascertainable answer will be considered as a violation and deleted.

We understand that some members are close to the company and are willing to share their communication from the company with others on this forum. You are welcome to continue doing that so long as it is made clear and understood that you are providing nothing more than your experience of your encounter with management. It is not an IR response nor a response from WWF management and as long as members with the opposite view providing a response remain civil are to be allowed on this forum.

If you are having difficulties with any member in particular, please either discuss the matter privately or contact AGORACOM. Do not go on the attack if you feel an inflammatory comment was made against you.

We understand that at times emotions can run high, but we ask that cooler heads prevail. If you don't agree with another poster, discuss the facts. If you can't do that, then put them on ignore.

Thus, going forward, any posts which are directed towards others in an inapproriate manner will be deleted on the spot, and may lead to the termination of your account.

We thank you for your understanding and hope that everyone helps to keep this discussion forum the best WWF discussion forum on the web.
