Dear Shareholders,

The BC Securities Commission have verbally accepted our responses to their questions relating to 2008 Q3 and Q4.

Winfield must now make one adjustment to 2008 Q3, refile with the BCSC and then receive their Full Revocation of the Cease Trade Order.

How long can it take to change one item? Don't you think we should hear something tomorrow? I sure would love to!!
