When asked about a timeline on trading here is the reply i received.

"Winfield will resume trading when the 2008 Audited Financial and the December 31, 2009 Interim Financial Statements are filed with the BCSC, ASC.and CNSX. Upon their acceptance trading will resume.
Winfield continues to seek subscribers to its announced $0.05 Units Private Placement. When the next $50,000 is raised the 2008 Audit will commence."
