I don't know why people are selling this down, but i don't think the PP will be as high as people expect. I see some debt being issued instead of all equity.

New research report by Arbuthnot Securities rate this as a STRONG BUY with 600 P target price , roughly equals $9.45.

A very interesting read for everyone, related to the target price and market reaction (of short term traders)
