Nice to see, the report is very detailed and about 300+ pages long.

Takes some time to create something like this.

Next step will be approval and then funding.

Not sure that there will be a farm in, and I don't actually care.

I would love to see this one taken to production, which the report states will be 3rd Q of 2015. There might be some pain involved as the financing is still a question.
