You stated that " ... I see this eventually as a North American consortium that is Gov’t backed, with a Strategic Miner Invested that serves many End-Users now being defined in our 4 sectors of interest."

Like so many other ZEN shareholders, I would like to see a buyout with the concordant lift-off in share price. However, I can see how the uniqueness of the ZEN graphite may preclude a bid being offered at the level that we all seek ($15+). In that case, I suspect that ZEN management may join forces with a strategic partner and start to build a mine

But, this means that ZEN shareholders will have to exert patience for (another) multi-year period as ZEN rises towards its true value. I don't like this scenario but I am willing to wait for the pay-off that I think this company will provide.

Is your thinking about the "timeline" for ZEN similar to what I have speculated? Do you think that management is going to build a mine or do you think that a "pre-mine" buyout is still in the works?
