Since ZEN is expecting/wanting most of us Shareholders to exercise our Rights, we in turn should expect/want ZEN management and the BOD to exercise "All" their Rights also. That is the conumdrum alot of us find ourselves in. We probably won't know the answer if management and the BOD exercised their Rights until after the experation date.

Now if their is good news that raises the share price it is a no brainer to exercise. If the stock price hovers around the strike price or a little above, I believe many (retail shareholders) will not excercise. As another poster said "a watershed moment for the company". Hoping for the best.
