If you read through the general businesses that are going there are only a few that can develop business partnerships. Most of the businesses are banks, start up incubators, investment firms and lawyers. I wouldn't think that any of these would be securing government funds.

The only three businesses I saw that I think could produce an agreement was an Armored Vehicle business called INKAS. Limonana Beverage which I have no idea what it is and Zenyatta.
