Zenyatta Ventures Ltd. has received a requisition to hold a meeting of shareholders to replace certain directors. The board of directors is reviewing the sufficiency and basis of this requisition. In the meantime, members of the Board are willing to meet with certain individuals of the dissident group to discuss any grievances. Further announcements on this matter will be made soon.
