As ZEN heads into week 6 under new management, things have really dulled down, both the stock and this board. As a non-shareholder, I can readily understand the lack of buying interest. There really is nothing compelling about ZEN's situation to attract any interest. Now especially, with the uncertainty of a new board, the lack of meaningful news, and the seemingly perpetual availability 0f $0.55 shares via the never-ending pp.

Some people are likely content to give the new group all the time they need to get a grasp of the situation. But there are a couple of points that should be addressed quickly, indeed should have been addressed already.

First, the met report. Prior to the vote, many people were wondering what happened to this report, some accusing AE of stopping it in order to pay himself. Yellows were going to have a much freer flow of information. Well, 5+ weeks in, and nobody knows anything more now than when AE ran things. And it's not like the new group has to do extensive research to figure things out. James Jordan is still with the company. Would it take an hour to ask him where things stood, and what might be needed to get things rolling? It sure wouldn't be 5 weeks. Sorry, new guys, but that seems to say that its not in the best interests of the company to release it, or even to comment on its status. People asked why good results would be withheld. That question still applies.

Couple the met report with the glaring lack of follow through on collaborations like Larisplast and Ballard and you can't blame potential investors for taking a pass.

Second, Mustapic's leaving. It was poorly reported, being NR'ed more than 2 weeks after his departure (at least he got mentioned. Chahar is just gone). Losing your CFO when the year-end financials are looming, not to mention that the first quarter ends in 2 weeks, is not good. They haven't explained how the necessary filings will be made.

The silence is deafening. And damaging.
