I agree that seems logical, but there was an awful lot of animosity between the two parties, so negotiations would be interesting.

Something that was talked about before the vote was the role of the largest debtor in a bankruptcy. If no agreement is reached, and ZEN does owe more than they can pay, would that mean AE is the largest debtor, and has a claim on taking back the company? It was proposed that that would be the result, but I am not familiar at all with that kind of a legal situation.
