Wishful, it is always a great pleasure chatting with you. You asked why I believe that AE will be a non factor. For the previous 3 years he has been a non factor. Appears you have been suggesting that there might be a law suit in the future. Fluffy just went through a $600K lawsuit. It took from 2014 until mid 2018 just to get to the pretrial. Oh, and as expected, Fluffy won the lawsuit!

Civil suits take years to wind their way through the legal system. If AE does sue and wins, by that time Zenyatta Graphene Solutions will have so much money it will be pocket change. The other side of the equation is that in Fluffy's opinion, AE will lose any lawsuit he brings forward and could potentially owe shareholders millions for the way he managed the corporation. Courts would look at the proxy win and ask an interesting  question. "why would shareholders take on the cost and time to overthrow good management?"

I can imagine it would be an interesting scenario if one or two or possibly three of the major shareholders sued AE for potential mis-management. Stranger things have happened.
