I am disappointed that since I posted this "issue" 2 weeks ago no one from Agoracom has seen fit to reply to me (or correct the issue).

As I have played more with the forum, it seems that if you have already recommended a post, and accidently click to recommend it again, the number of recommendations goes down by one. Then, if you click to recommend it again it goes back up. This strikes me as a programming "bug." I would hope this isn't a deliberate feature.
