Inca, I bet it's as simple as their starting a little later than they intended, and an unseasonably mild stretch that curtailed the drilling season. I don't know if they can do summer drilling, but the road is in place now, so they can jump right to it come the winter freeze. Meanwhile, they can do their tests with their partners. It may delay income from sales, though, if this amount isn't sufficient for everything they've planned.
