Did a quick check of the SEDI figures to see how many shares Gregory Fenton actually has. See figures below, and how they were obtained.

-Grant of options =1,500,000 shares at average of 42 cents
-Warrants =428,572 shares at average of 50 cents.
-Acquired under a prospective exemption =487,000 shares at average of 50 cents.
Purchased on open market = 1,452,053 shares at average of 35 cents.
GRAND TOTAL = 3,915,625 shares at a simple average of above figures is approximately 41 cents per share.
