Koo,,,,,All I have ever been witness to is when a private company goes public the shares are first held and issued via a securties entity who sells the shares thru the specific exchange the company is being listed on. I have never seen an existing public company listing on another exchange by being offered as an IPO, it would just list when accepted by that exchange. The share price is what it is and known but in order to list on alternate major exchanges it has to apply and meet the exchanges protocol. Of course it lists on the other exchange at the same share price albeit at times with currency exchange differences (such as USD vs CAD vs EUR etc) the share price may vary by a few cents. Thats all I have known,,,but I only know what I have seen,,,,,,jmo
