Not sure the above is correct,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,an IPO is based on the tongue in cheek fundamentals that the market will place on the company,,,you dont get the irrational excuberance when private albeit the shares are given value based on the corporations assets......and we know that the market in general overvalues most companies by basing the theoretical net worth of what they think a few years out!!...so any hicupps in the business modle and the stock price pulls back pronto!!,,,nothing like buying stock that is priced on hopes and dreams by the market and the shareholder!!,,uggghhhh,,,, :o) ,,,jmo
