Always remember that there is a difference between Fair Value and Fair Market Value. Zenith states that their Fair Value is exclusively for financials, "for financial reporting purposes." That is totally unrelated to market values. For a closely related example, RVX closed October 31 @ USD 2.53/sh. At that time, RVX reported share capital equal to USD 1.41/sh.
