I'm pretty sure ZHCLF is Zenith Capital Corp in Calgary.  That's how OTCMarkets.com lists it.  And Bloomberg and the banks. I doubt they all got it wrong.

I called TD once before and they said the price that shows in my account for Zenith CC reflects the last trade.

If you look at the OTC Markets page, supposedly there was a trade for .001 for 175 shares on July 10.
