A response today to me from Sarah via Zenith. "Under the Zenith website..and the banner "FAQ's they explain in detail what happened. They contacted FINRA and so far FINRA has done nothing about it.

In the meantime the stock dropped in a big way today...it's the Vancouver based Zenith Capital...and I'm just dropping it now and moving on...will continue to watch what happens with RVX and hope that someday soon we get to monetize our Zenith holdings.
