KOO - How has RVX been supporting Zenith?

"We mustn't forget that Resverlogix has been supporting Zenith since its inception financially and otherwise. Zenith without the lifelong support from Resverlogix would not have been able to survive on its own all these years."

I stand corrected if you can show me how. Zenith uses some RVX office and lab space, etc. but RVX charges Zenith for that. There is some sharing of personnel but RVX charges Zenith for that. A little goes the other way and Zenith charges RVX for that. The only cash I can remember that RVX gave Zenith was the original seed money and the value of that would have been accounted for in your ACB ratio assigned to each company. In the split, certain IP and cash seed money was transferred and would be accounted for in that way. They are affiliated or associated companies due to the parent, Zenith, owning a portion of RVX but RVX is not a subsidiary of Zenith because that ownership is under 50%. They probably aren't really considered a parent company since they aren't common shares and have no voting status. They are separate corporations with different shareholders, etc. so the scenario you described would be illegal.

As to what some have posed for Zenith to funnel money to RVX if it had it, that would have to be done in a proper legal way like a loan with interest, a partnership or outright investment in RVX which would give them a percentage of ownership just like HL or the others. They can't just prop them up with cash. Zenith owners have rights.
