ZEL is a wholly owned subsiduary of ZCC so anything ZEL owns is owned by ZCC. There are no individual shares of ZEL, only the ownership structure that has ZCC completely owning ZEL.

You never did own Royalty Preferred Shares in ZCC. ZCC owns Royalty Preferred Shares in RVX. You indirectly own a proportionate value in those by your proportional shareholding in ZCC. I don't think they will be issuing shares in ZEL, maybe selling the whole thing. If they were to offer shares in ZEL, it would have to be done by ZCC as that is who owns ZEL.
