CANADA GAS COMPLETES NAME CHANGE; Welcomes Benoit Moreau as Technical Advisor

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - February 28th, 2011 - Canada Gas (TSXV:CJC) (OOTC:HLOSD) Corp. (TSX.V: CJC; FSE: YXEN; OTC-BB: CJCFF)("Canada Gas" or the "Company")

announces that it has completed its name change from Canada Gas Corp. to Canada Rare Earths Inc. Effective at the commencement of trading on Tuesday March 1, 2011, the company's common shares will begin trading under the new name. The company's trading symbol will not change in connection with the name change.

In addition, the Company also welcomes Mr. Benoit Moreau P.Eng, MBA as a Technical Advisor.

Mr. Moreau has over 25 years experience in the mining industry as a geologist (University of Montreal, 1982) and a mining engineer (Polytechnique of Montreal, 1985). As the founding and former President of Geomega Resources Inc. (TSXV:GMA) (OOTC:GOMRF) ("Geomega," tsx.v: GMA), Mr. Moreau is intricately familiar with the Montviel carbonatite complex and the potential of both Geomega and Canada Gas' land holdings. He has been a member of the Ordre des Ingenieurs du Quebec since 1985. He also holds an MBA (University of Quebec in Montreal, 2000) and has been the Vice President of Exploration and a Director of Otish Energy (TSXV:OEI) (OOTC:OTSHF) (tsx.v: OEI) since February 2008.
