He is currently President of private consulting company Animus Ventures Inc., having provided consulting services to various resource exploration and development companies over the past several years.

Marc Tran serves as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Pacific Cascade Minerals and Chief Financial officer of MetalQuest Minerals Inc. He has been working in finance and accounting since 1999 in the oil and gas, service, and mining sectors. He served as Chief Financial Officer of TTM Resources Inc., since March 2006. Mr. Tran has worked in corporate finance and accounting with public company experience. He is working on his CGA designation and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Robert Krause serves as a Director of Chilco River Holdings Inc. Mr. Krause has been Chilco River Holdings Inc.'s President since its inception on May 8, 2003. He is an Exploration Geologist. Mr. Krause has been a Consulting Geologist since 1985 with international exploration experience. Mr. Krause is the president of R.G. Krause & Associates Inc. of Vancouver B.C. Canada. Mr. Krause has a Bachelor of Science (Geology major) from the University of British Columbia, Canada. During the last year Mr. Krause has devoted 5 to 7 hours per week dealing with Chilco River Holdings Inc. affairs.

He is very familiar with the inner working of the oil & gas industry, has undertaken geological studies throughout Canada, the United States, Australia and France. Mr. Bainbridge served as a consultant to numerous oil companies in Canada, with particular emphasis in the northeastern British Columbia gas producing region.
