Lukas H. Lundin
Position: Chairman

Born in 1958, Lukas Lundin was raised in Stockholm, Sweden and educated at the Ecole Internationale de Genève in Switzerland. In 1981, Mr. Lundin graduated from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (engineering).

At age 25 Mr. Lundin headed International Petroleum Corporation's extensive and rapidly growing international operations and was based in the Company's technical office in Dubai, U.A.E. for over 12 years. From 1990 to June 1995, Mr. Lundin was President of International Musto Exploration Limited and was responsible for Musto's acquisition of the Bajo de la Alumbrera deposit. Bajo de la Alumbrera was the subject of a $500 million takeover by Rio Algom and North Limited and is now one of the largest gold/copper producers in the world. Mr. Lundin was also responsible for Argentina Gold and the discovery of the multi-million ounce Veladero gold deposit. Veladero was the subject of a $300 million takeover by Homestake in 1999. In addition, Mr. Lundin was a senior Director of Lundin Oil AB and was instrumental in the $480 million takeover of Lundin Oil by Talisman Energy in 2001. Mr. Lundin is currently a Director of a number of publicly traded resource companies. Mr. Lundin has been a director of Canadian Gold Hunter since June 1995.

A world traveler and motorcycle racing enthusiast, Mr. Lundin has twice completed the grueling 10,000 kilometre Dakar race across the Sahara Desert. He has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Mont Blanc and the Matterhorn. In the winter, he can be found helicopter skiing in Whistler and in summer, dirt bike racing with his four boys in Baja, California and has been a director of Canadian Gold Hunter since June 1995 and is now Chairman of the Board.



Richard J. Bailes
Position: President and C.E.O.

Mr. Bailes has over 30 years experience in the mining industry. He has previously held senior positions with Abermin Corporation, Pan Ocean Oil Ltd, and Kennecott Copper. He holds a B.Sc. (1968) from McGill University and an M.Sc. (1975) from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Bailes has a solid background in the evaluation and development of mineral projects and has published a number of papers on economic geology. Mr. Bailes is a Director of Fortress Minerals Corp. and Riverstone Resources Inc. He has been a President, CEO and a Director of Canadian Gold Hunter since September 2002.



John H. Craig
Position: Director

Mr. Craig practices in the securities law area with a focus on equity financings both for underwriters and issuers with an emphasis on resource companies, TSE listing, dealings with TSE and OSC for listed public companies, takeovers and issuer bids and going private transactions. His mergers and acquisitions experience involves mergers of public companies, both listed and unlisted and acquisitions of listed companies by unlisted and private concerns. Mr. Craig is also involved with international resources in negotiation and drafting of mining, oil and gas concesion agreements, joint venture agreements, operation agreements and farm-in agreements in a variety of countries. Mr. Craig received his B.A. and Llb from the University of Western Ontario and was and was admitted to the bar in 1973. He has been a director of Canadian Gold Hunter since June 1995.



Michael D. McInnis
Position: Director

Mr. McInnis has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, in North America and overseas. Mr. McInnis was past President of Canadian Gold Hunter which he joined in 1981. Past experience includes: Exploration Manager, Base and Precious Metals, Pan Ocean Oils Ltd., 1977 to 1981; Supervisor, Base Metals, Norcen Energy Resources, 1972 to 1977; and as a geologist with Cominco Ltd., 1968 to 1972. He graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1969 with a B.Sc. (honors) in Geology and is a member of the Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Association of British Columbia. He has 15 years experience in running publicly traded companies. Mr. McInnis provides the Canadian Gold Hunter with solid management expertise and has an impressive track record in acquiring high quality base and precious metal projects. He has been a director of the Company since August 1985.



Ron Netolitzsky
Position: Director

Mr. Netolitzky has been very successful in mining exploration with over 30 years of experience and having been directly associated with three major gold discoveries in Canada that have subsequently been put into production: Eskay Creek, Snip and Brewery Creek. He is a director of several publicly traded exploration companies and has been a director of Canadian Gold Hunter since September 2003.



William A. Rand
Position: Director

Mr. William A. Rand received a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honors Economics) from McGill University, a law degree from Dalhousie University and a Master of Laws degree in international law from the London School of Economics. Mr. Rand practiced securities law in Vancouver, British Columbia, for nearly 25 years before retiring in October 1992 to establish Rand Edgar Capital Corp., an investment/banking, venture capital company. Mr. Rand is a director of a number of publicly-traded resource-based companies and has been a director of Canadian Gold Hunter since June 1995
