Mr. Ray Paquette reports

CANADIAN MINING COMPANY INC. - GEOPHYSICAL REPORT SUGGESTS LARGE ANOMALY

Canadian Mining Company Inc.'s geophysical consultants, SJ Geophysics, have concluded its geophysical report using the 3D induced polarization survey on Canadian Mining's San Bernardo project -- El Gochico grid.

The geophysical program was conducted to delineate the potential of a mineralized skarn containing metallic mineralization such as silver, zinc, copper and lead.

The survey grid, called El Gochico grid, was situated over the El Gochico mine that was mined by Penoles during the 1980s.

The inverted 3DIP data set indicated three geophysical anomalies noted as features of interest. With the existence of known skarn deposits, the 3DIP methodology was used to gather further information to supplement the current exploration model. The primary focus of this survey was to delineate chargeability and resistivity features in order to direct future drilling targets.

The report has identified and recommends five drill holes totalling 1,250 metres (4,100 feet) to confirm the three geophysical features of interest.

The thirty-five page SJ Geophysical report will be available in its entirety on the company's website.
