Salvatore Fuda

Chairman

Mr. Fuda is and has been Chairman and director of Echo Energy Canada Inc. since June 2002. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ontex Resources Limited from 1986 to December 1998 and he has served as Chairman of the Board of Ontex Resources Limited since that date. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Micromem Technologies Inc. from June 2000 through to February 13, 2002. From 1992 to January 11, 1999 he also served as Secretary of Micromem. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Micromem since January 11, 1999 and as a Director of Micromem since 1992. Mr. Fuda also previously served as a director or officer of the following public companies: Chairman, Avanticorp International Inc. (now, Micromem Technologies Inc.); Director, Multimedia WTM Corporation (now, Multimedia Nova Corporation); and Director, Footmaxx Holdings Inc.

Gary Conn

President and Treasurer

Mr. Conn has been President and a director of Echo Energy Canada Inc. since March 1999. He has been Executive Vice-President, Treasurer and a Director of Ontex Resources Limited since December 1998; and prior to that from 1990, he was President of Faymar Gold Mines Limited, a private Ontario corporation that amalgamated with Ontex Resources Limited in December 1998.

Joseph Fuda

Vice-President and Director

Mr. Fuda has been President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Micromem Technologies Inc. since February 13, 2002. Prior to that he served as Manager, Strategic Alliances for Micromem from February 2001 and served as a consultant to Micromem from November 2000. Prior to that he served as a Vice-President and a Director of IPO Capital Corp. from November 1998. Mr. Fuda was also President and a director of Glendale Securities Inc. from September 1990 to November 1998.

Andrew Brandt

Director

Andrew Brandt has been Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) since February 1991. In 2003 he was re-appointed to an unprecedented fifth three-year term. The LCBO is the largest single purchaser of beverage alcohol products in the world with annual sales of more than $3.3 billion. Under Mr. Brandt’s leadership, the LCBO has increased its annual sales by $1.5 billion and achieved nine straight record dividend transfers to the province of Ontario. Prior to this, Mr. Brandt enjoyed a long and distinguished career in public service. He entered politics in 1971, serving on the Council of the City of Sarnia for almost a decade, including three terms as mayor. In 1981, he was elected to the Ontario Legislature as Member of Provincial Parliament for Sarnia. Mr. Brandt was appointed Minister of the Environment in 1983, and became Minister of Industry and Trade in 1985. In opposition he served as Leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party from 1987-1990. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Lambton College Foundation and a past director of the Council for Canadian Unity.

Oliver Nepomuceno

Director

Mr. Nepomuceno has been an investment banker for Intel Trust S.A., a Swiss investment company located based in Lugano. His principle responsibility for Intel Trust S.A. is to manage commercial and investment businesses in several fields like fashion, cosmetic and medical equipment. In addition Mr. Nepomuceno acts as an investment advisor for portfolio management. He also serves as a consultant for exploitation of patents and trademarks registered in EU. As well, Mr. Nepomuceno is the owner of a UK company that is involved in import and export of seafood products.

Robert Moore

Director

Mr. Moore has been President of Technicair Ltd., a private corporation based in London, Ontario since September 1979. He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), and holds a B.E.Sc. from the University of Western Ontario.

Michael Hunter

Director

Mr. Hunter has been the Operations Manager for Echo Energy Inc. since December 2000. He was previously Deputy Chief Inspector, Petroleum Resources, at the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources from 1986 to 1996, where he was responsible for the Ministry's inspection department covering London, Simcoe and Aylmer, Ontario
