Pure speculation but I have seen this type of action many times before and it is accumulation of a sort. It will all depend on what the rest of the week shows..

I think the MM`s have been looking down the scale and seen a lot of stop/loss orders....It is my experience that when you see this kind of movement coupled with good volume and then the following days the PPS is higher then you have those guys ``picking off`` the stop/loss orders then will allow the price to go higher again...
