I flew Hawaiian from Hawaii to Vegas recently. 50 DP`s on board. First class flight attendant said almost always sold them out with people complaining frequently at not having one. She also mentioned that the staff had repeatedly asked for more. She said they start distributing from the ``rear`` in coach, and that people had actually approached who were seated closer to the front and tried to pay the flight attendant to make sure they recieved one. I enjoyed it thoroughly, with plenty of choices, the only downside is the truly ``horrible`` head sets. Noticed and kept full blown advertisement in the Hawaiian Airlines magazine.
