True statement - plus it gives them some 'breathing room' for future options, etc.. They were bumping their heads on the ceiling with the 300M authorized. I also recall someone quoting RP that they didn't believe they would have to sell any more shares.

I look at the fact that they asked for ONLY 50M additional authorized shares to be a real positive in that it also seems to suggest that settlement dollars will be significant.
