I have never been one to pay too much attention to the PPS. It`s been my experience it will reach its valued level at one time or another. I have always looked to volume to note if ``happenings`` are taking place. This is the third day of much higher than normal volume, which denotes ``happenings`` are taken place. (Those inside ALWAYS KNOW) Watch for continued good volume on a regular basis with a ``blowout`` day or so of extraordinary volume.

From what I am seeing, plus the ``hints`` of news, PLUS THE FACT THAT ``ROBERT SPEAK`` WON`T EVEN TALK TO ME ANYMORE, says we are very near to a breakout...(not hype) just logical thinking.
