NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the aforementioned matter known as

e.Digital Corporation v. Korg, Inc. et al., 3:12-cv-2580-CAB-WVG, has been

resolved in its entirety as to all parties, the parties having agreed to settle in

principle and are now finalizing the settlement agreement. The parties anticipate

filing a Joint Motion for Dismissal within four weeks.
