i just received a certificate for several hundred shares that were returned to me from a bank. the certificate has been endorsed over and i thought it was going to be easy to deposit into a schwab account. BUT NO i have talked to several brokers and none will allow me to deposit the certificate into an account. PLEASE HELP. thanks, rick [email protected]
