Who knows what this means? Is this really a blanket statement regarding future filings? Was it a statement of fact or was it something Google insisted upon?Why would the company make the statement if it didn't have to? Why would the company decide to limit its legal activity? Is the timing coincidental or is it tied to the Google settlement?

What would make a company lose interest in further suits when prior suits have proven to be successful in producing settlements (albeit questionable)?

How about another company deciding to buy its patents or, better yet, buy the company? Is that reason enough?

Would you prefer cash or Google stock? :>):>):>)
