Well, I guess I was thinking more along the lines of...I wasn't sure if, when in the past, we were having trouble defending our patents due to laws, etc seeming to favor the big companies, if any of that was due to the current Obama administration. I thought during some of that PTAB stuff this was the case? But I don't know much about all of it and I could be remebering wrong. So my question was, if there WAS anything put into place during Obamas time that seemed to favor the deep pocketed big companies, if there was anything about Trumps administration or that may favor smaller companies when defending IP, etc.
