Do we call it  politics or dishonesty when it comes to a judge that makes a call e.g combining 108 and 774 as one in the same ...when it was very clear that they are distinct and separate issues?

In my book it was dishonesty, however the judge can hide behind the word politics with questionable ethics where the matter can be cleared  up with an appeals court.

We are victims of our two sided system.

Now having to deal with  AIA it only gets worse.
