Case for nothing...

1. crappy earnings for two quarters....really crappy,....

2. moved out of larger office space and into small exec. suite ( near Mary fales...actually belongs in other category, but whatever)....

3. No mainstream press.

4. I guess some folks would include share price here..Plank does not but understands this thinking...

Case for ALL.....

1. IPR settled with Google, Dropcam and Nest with a confidential settlement agreement..., both federal cases settled.  The PTAB appeal and patent office did NOT have to agree to dismiss the IPR and let the remaining infringement cases against other defendants proceed in federal ct.

2. Edigital had the WAY upper hand in the IPR, not just a substantial lead or an actual expert...but all that Plank read was great!

3. Edigital NOW HAS FOUR PATENTS THAT HAVE BEEN APPROVED ABOVE AND OVER EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF PRIOR ART THAT GOOGLE CITED IN ITS IPR AGAINST THE NUNCHI PATENTS....including the one announced in April and the one announced last week. This alleged prior art is CITED in the patents..oh please hello.

(respectfully Doni, plank believes this is an ipr win, and if not, please elaborate as to why.)

4. No other defendant has filed an IPR --against EDIG on other or additional grounds...(to Plank's knowledge)

5. We moved into executive suite with Mary Fales, our atty, and patent agent, and patent agent who formerly worked for years for Qualcomm and who also is a patent inventor!

6. Should have put above, Google's expert in IPR.........to be polite, MEH....or ugggg....but YEAH!!

7. Great claim construction against Dropcam, Dec 2015, see PR

8. FIled lawsuit against Nest, after no. 7 above, and while IPR pending. (and after we had a Nunchi continuation patent approved with all alleged prior art cited in new patent...these would be the claims that google etc were making in ipr.....)

9. Since claim construction ruling against Dropcam....EDIG has only filed 5 lawsuits:

a. one against Nest, Jan 2016 settled,

b. 3 after Google settlement, filed lawsuits against Netamo, Netgear and Y cam,

c. one against Utility Associates.--new product type body cameras for police...

so WHY, would a company whose only income so far is from litigating....only have filed 5 lawsuits in .....17months?

10. announcement of water leak product August 2016, approx 1 month after IPR resolved with Google Nest and Dropcam

11. unannounced settlements,

iBABY, iSMART, Arcsoft, Ivideon, Google, Nest, Dropcam, 

(why would these not be announced...well, maybe because cash up front was not a big factor???)

12. New atty contract in Sept 2016 AFTER IPR resolved...AND new larger law firm, Greenspoon Marder.

13. two new board of directors, one August 2016, Russ Packer with stock options...and October 2016, Don Springer, with stock options (both with merger and acquisiton experience-among other experience)

14. Great new Nunchi patents.!!! read claims

15. Synap progressing very quickly and well....if this does what it seems to do, and is approved...?????????

16. from what little Plank can tell, the TEN Nunchi approved patents cover a HUGE amount of IOT territory and SERVICES not just products. (disclaimer not an engineer of any kind)

17. have employee as inventor on one approved Nunchi patent and is also inventor on pending Synap!!!!

let's compare to say, Tenet Healthcare....THC Tenet is trading for 17.83 a share....their market cap is 1.79 billion..they pay over 1 billion a year in just interest only on some of their debt....not including their day to day overhead....hmmmmm

our little company has a market cap of 12.3 million with basically NO debt...hmmmm does anyone have any idea how fast this company could take off with either earnings, partners, royalties.....anything.... we are talking instant pure profit. possibly

20. For those who like to research, compare the exhibits that Google filed in the Nunchi IPR citing possible prior art, ...with the prior ART citations in our last four approved nunchi patents...AHHHHHHHH
