FWIW--the Google info was not in the form of a Pacer--it was on the USPTO website in connection with the cancelling of the IPR that Google had requested.  A couple months ago I point blank asked Fred in an email about the Google settlement and licensing agreement and his response was something very close to: I do not know what may or may not have been on the USPTO website and I do not know of any public announcement of such an agreement.  Key word public?
