This means anyone with a VP or President rank can also delete it.

It might have been one of the 11 HL's or who knows how many VP and President rank posting and or just lurking.

Unless this new and improved site has changed from before the launch of 3.0, above is my understanding.

We used to have 26 HL's, but when 3.0 launched, admin purged every single board of inactive HL's. Inactive means not posting, nor flagging and deleting posts that violate any of the 6 rules. They also gave the axe board by board of HL's who have abused deletion privileges....capiche what that means?
