Fred could care less what we or anyone else says.  He is in a world of his own.  When we see that even rules are not followed by him and the company indicates that there might be some thing other than bad news.  We never depended on Fred to let us know.  But what ever it is we will eventually get the information according to the rules and regulations.If there are ulterior reasons for no information that to will come to be known.  Though its true that we have had to put up with a lot of Crap now is NOT the time to sell.
