"I'm cautiously optimistic"

Optimistic of a chapter 7 is being pretty optimistic.

Thing is, I know that some time back I had a very bad feeling that someone was trying to steal the tech out the back door.

It never occurred to me that they would do it with a bankruptcy filing.

Very strange conclusion considering some of the language used in prior earnings reports.

They must have been lying on their reports of their next to zero indebtedness.

Fred and the Handle are in cahoots.... as it was decided by the two of them not to go the full gamut against Google's IPR. Had they gone the full gamut and got a ruling by the USPTO on the tech I would not feel so bad about the chapter 7 if they got a bad ruling but they got NO ruling.

They salvaged it for a reason ...the tech is still good and they're going to try and peel it away all for themselves.
