Although I'm convinced this story is over, I'd still like to know what the "settlement" with Google entailed. It couldn't have been significant otherwise we wouldn't be where we are in this odyssey. Google was supposed to be our salvation. :>)

I;m still puzzled why the stock is still trading. I suspect it'll go to zero once all the disclosures are completed and the court confirms the insolvency.
