To express my thoughts a little more clearly: FF had given NO thoughts nor even contemplated there would be any organized opposition by anyone MUCH LESS THE SHAREHOLDERS WHO HE HAS IGNORED FOR YEARS.

We should not take that much credit for any outcome here however...The Trustee, Mr. Barclay saw through all the "I don't knows" the "I don't remembers" right from the start BEFORE WE EVER HAD OUR SAY. He smelled something he did not like and made his decision...He did put his initial filing in moderate tones and legalese. His second filing, which I hope you all read, was a master put down. If I was FF's attorney I do not think I would show up Oct 5th.
