Nothing dumb about that, Joe. The way this thing has gone down anything could have happened. That's why I think it's extremely important to find out who holds the patents. If it's EDIG, Fred should explain why he put EDIG into bankruptcy with an asset like the IP.....unless he claims it's worthless. Make him say that to the trustee.
