I think it would be useful to get a look at all the "settlement" details and blow through those NDAs. A subpoena would do it. Problem....requires an attorney. Wonder if the trustee can be convinced to do it? Also wonder if they were destroyed? If Fred destroyed them, another source would be the other companies.

Has anyone from the shareholder group (doing a great job) mentioned it to the trustee?
