When Mr. Barclay dismissed the Delaware Corp request for a BK that was EXTREMELY positive news. We won that round, however a question was hanging out there about Mr. Kipperman, Trustee for the California Corp, as to what he had in mind regarding his decision on the BK for the CA Corp. It became apparent he was going to allow the BK go forward when he put out his statement on auctioning off EDig's property in Novemeber. (You do not auction off property of an ongoing, viable, legal company)

BUT, up pops an unexpected event, Mr. Kipperman has withdrawn, at least at this point, his action on auctioning off EDig's property. He has now thrown, what we surmised was his direction on the BK, in one big enigma...This should mean he is now going to dismiss the California's Corp request for BK.....BUT WE DO NOT KNOW SINCE HE HAS NOT INDICATED IN ANY MANNER....If that is the case we won the second and last round...

Having the computers, which probably has much info that belongs to the Delaware Corp, which is  great if there is still anything on them and not wiped by FF but far more important is the indication that Mr. Kipperman is now in agreement with Mr. Barclay and will not allow a BK to take place.
