Yeah but they can refile in 6 months, assuming Fred and fellow thugs are still in control. They'd have to cause some real fiscal damage, though.
It's so important to take control from them before that. My friend the bankruptcy attorney says it's important to get a good attorney to handle it, now. It won't be easy.
